What's a Morpher?
Humans perfected the ability to shift to animal form—after a litany of illegal experiments nearly destroyed them. Long before the world rebuilt itself, children were stolen from their homes and rewritten at the genetic level. The serum took whatever matched their personality—and fused it into their DNA.
